Warmr runs your LinkedIn outreach as one sequence: profile views, likes and comments first, then the connection request and message. Every reply lands in one inbox.

Warmr automates actions on your LinkedIn account, which carries risk to that account. Read what that means.
The cold open
A connection requestfrom a stranger asksfor a yes beforeanyone has heardyour name.
So Warmr starts earlier. Before it asks for anything, it visits the profile, likes posts and leaves comments. The request goes out afterwards, from your account, under your name.
The sequence
01 · View
Visit the profile.
Warmr opens the lead’s LinkedIn profile from your connected account. It is where every sequence begins.
02 · Like
Like what they’ve posted.
Next it likes posts on that profile: a small, ordinary signal that comes before any ask.
03 · Comment
Say something about it.
Add a comment step. Warmr can draft it from the person’s profile details; what goes into the sequence is your decision.
04 · Connect
Then send the request.
The connection request goes out from your account, under your name, inside your daily limits.
05 · Message
Message once they accept.
Branch on whether the request was accepted or a reply arrived, so each next step fits what actually happened. Follow-ups are further steps.
06 · Reply
Read every reply in one place.
Replies from every connected account arrive in a single inbox, however many accounts you run.

Warmr actsas you.
It performs LinkedIn actions from your account. Automating LinkedIn activity is against LinkedIn’s User Agreement, and LinkedIn can restrict or close an account for it. So before you connect one, Warmr explains the risk and asks you to acknowledge it.

FAQ

Warmr AI is independent software for LinkedIn outreach automation. You build a sequence of steps, such as profile views, likes, comments, connection requests and messages, and Warmr runs it from the cloud for the LinkedIn accounts you connect.
Founders, sales teams, business development and growth teams who start conversations on LinkedIn as part of their work.
Inside the sequences you build, Warmr views profiles, likes posts, comments, sends connection requests and sends messages from your connected LinkedIn account. It also reads your inbox so replies appear in Warmr. All of it happens under your account and name.
You sign in to LinkedIn through Warmr, including any two-step verification LinkedIn asks for. Warmr then runs a cloud browser session for that account to carry out your sequences, and routes each account through its own dedicated proxy. It is not an official LinkedIn integration or API. The privacy policy explains how session details are handled.
The details needed to run your sequences: prospects’ public profile URLs, names, headline and company, message history in your connected accounts, and sequence progress and timestamps. The privacy policy covers storage and your rights to export or delete your data.
Yes. Automating LinkedIn activity is against LinkedIn’s User Agreement, and LinkedIn can restrict or permanently close an account for it. Daily limits (and business-hours scheduling, if you switch it on) reduce how much Warmr does, but they don’t remove the risk. Use an account you could afford to lose before one your business depends on, and start slowly.
